Delivery Information

All purchases are made-to-order by 2 teenagers juggling school life and running No Fame. As such orders are processed within 7 business days of being placed.  Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • UK Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days — £3.99
  • UK Express Delivery — 1–2 business days — £6.99
  • Free UK Delivery — on all orders over £75
  • International Delivery — 7–14 business days — from £12.99

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

We also offer a free local collection option at checkout. Orders are typically ready for collection within 7 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

To initiate a return, please contact us at nofame1652.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at nofame1652.official@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. In these cases, return postage will be covered by us.
